Booking Information
A booking will be held for five days awaiting arrival of deposit. A 25% deposit will secure a booking; the balance payable eight weeks before arrival. If booked less than eight weeks before arrival, payment in full is required at the time of booking (see terms and conditions).

Full information, directions and key code will be issued two weeks before your arrival. Our local Management Company is nearby to help should you have any problems during your stay.

All prices plus Florida State Tax 12%

Pool heat if required is $199 per week (recommended October through April) if prebooked. Otherwise $33 per day payable to the Management Company if requested to turn on the pool heater during the holiday. MC charge $25 for this service.

Six nights or less incur a cleaning charge of $75

Complimentary use of Gas BBQ Grill on condition that it is left clean after use and gas replenished if necessary.
