I would just like to echo Andy's comments. The villa was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't quite believe it when we opened the door, it was spotless and far exceeded our expectations. We loved the location and the fact that it was in a residential area gave it character. We had passed other villa areas during our time but some appeared soulless and appeared to lack the qualities that Sunridge Woods has. We also loved the Champions Gate complex.
The pool was amazing, as was the view from it - priceless. Charlotte and Ben would have been quite happy spending 3 weeks there. Many times at the parks they would ask when we were going back to the villa! We all became fond of the chit chats and the squirrels.
For me the highlight of the holiday was the villa. A glass of wine after a long day looking over the lake is a memory I will never forget. Departure day was a very sad time indeed for all of us. As we drove away I took one look back and said to Andy 'We are coming back'.

We just returned today, Sat. The house was FANTASTIC! We had a great time there. We lucked out as far as the weather goes. It was in the high 80's and sunny except for a couple of showers.
The kids had a great time and also loved the house,especially the pool. In fact it was so hot that we asked the mngt company to turn off the heat. The water had to be almost 100 degrees, WOW!!
We all have to tell you how much we enjoyed sleeping in those beds. So comfortable! We hated to leave. The house was spotless when we arrived. We hope to be able to stay there again, some day soon.

You have a wonderful and beautiful home! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was as it was described, even better. I love your kitchen! And it was nice having the dish in each room….our son loved the play station 2. I wish we had planned a down day so we could have just lounged around. Pool was fantastic! We didn’t use it as much as we would have liked. AAhhh and we never even grilled out. We need an extra day next time.
The weather was great and all of the directions and tips you gave were great. That was the first time we have ever planned anything over the internet and I must say you made it a pleasure to do.

Firstly, thankyou, the villa was beautiful, you are so lucky to own such a beautiful home. Like house buying you always expect to have seen the best bits on the photos and when you get there its often a whole different story but this time it was more than you could show with the photos.

The house was very clean and welcoming. Everything was in order.

Overall you have a beautiful luxurious home which made our family holiday so much more special than any hotel room ever could. Also we hope to be able to stay again next year.

I have travelled to Florida on vacation many times booking villas for accommodation both in Orlando and other areas and yours is honestly one of the best.

We arrived in Sanford late evening in torrential rain, when we got to the villa everything was in place as per the instructions, the villa was clean tidy and extremely well furnished, and the detail you have paid to attention is what makes the difference. My family and I really felt at home in your villa, in fact when we arrived we were so pleased it boosted our moral which was low because of the weather and long trip.

We just returned from your beautiful vacation home in Florida!! We just wanted to let you know what a great time we had visiting Florida/Disney/Universal/Island of Adventure......... Your home was perfect for our family. The house was very beautiful inside and outside. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable!! We spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool after a long day at the Parks. I don't know which part of the house was my favorite - the whole house was excellent! We look forward to staying there again in the near future!! We are telling all our friends so I'm sure you'll be hearing from them too!

Your house was lovely..all we had hoped for and more.

We found it so useful to get on and off the I4 by the Publix supermarket to get provisions on the way and from Disney. Having Publix so close was great, a definate selling point for us!

We often stayed around the pool until 10am then went to a park ,came home about 4pm have a few hours at home then went back for the fireworks at MGM , Magic Kingdom and Epcot.Again friends have said they couldn't do that as it was to far to travel backwards and forwards.

The house is very well equipped The development was really quiet and peaceful,and looking over the lake was great. We did not buy the boys a fishing rod until the 2nd week but you could have fished as long as you throw the fish back in.

We have a few sets of friends thinking of going out to Florida in the next few years so if you want to send me some of your leaflets then I won't have to keep getting my holiday snaps out to show them the house!!!

The best recommendation we can give about our holiday has been from my daughter who when asked ‘what was the best part of your holiday’ she replied our villa. Your home has allowed us to enjoy the madness of the theme parks then getting away from it all to relax in our own way (in a lovely pool) and allow us to get space from each other. This is most definitely the best holiday ever and after this we would never stay in a hotel again. We are so glad we found you.

Julie, I can't thank you enough for offering your lovely home. It was so nice to have the privacy and space for our family. Upon our departure, I took one last look around before closing the door, and it brought tears to my eyes. We took a holiday that was so busy with activity during the day, and had a villa that provided a sanctuary to relax and retreat in the evenings. It is, by far, the very best we have ever had.
