Welcome to our American dream home in Florida.
Our Florida home is ten minutes from Disney and all the attractions
of Hwy 192. It is on a peaceful estate with a balanced mix of holiday
and residential homes, where you can experience the real Florida.
Following an exciting day at the theme parks you can take a dip
in your own private pool and jacuzzi spa; relax and enjoy the peace
and tranquillity as you watch the sun set from your pool deck overlooking
a beautiful lake.
It’s your choice where to eat, either relaxed at home alfresco
around the pool, casually indoors or more formally in the dining
room setting. There are also many restaurants on highway 192. Or,
if you have more stamina, return to Disney for more fun. You can
always go evening shopping - shops stay open late in Florida. However,
Factory Outlet Malls and cut-price designer shops are worth a full
day at least.
 The
location is peaceful, yet close enough to all the fun and entertainment.
It is also ideally located for the Interstate 4 highway. Day trips
can be easily planned to West Coast Beaches, the Kennedy Space Centre
and East Coast Beaches (1 ½ hrs).
A few minutes from the house there is a garage/convenience shop.
A large Publix supermarket is just five minutes down the road. For
the golf enthusiast there are numerous golf courses situated in
this area including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate and
David Leadbetter’s Golf Academy.
Family Room
The family room is a nice place to relax, it overlooks the pool
to the lake beyond. This is where you will find the entertainment
centre: TV, DVD/CD via Playstation 2
Kitchen
The kitchen if fully equipped. As well as a conventional oven and
hob there is a microwave oven, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
waste disposal, coffee maker – everything you would expect
to find in a modern kitchen ready for your stay. Ample crockery
and cutlery, cups and glassware for dining inside as well as non-breakable
plates and beakers ‘glasses’, for safe alfresco eating
around the pool.
Breakfast Nook
There is a breakfast nook just off the kitchen, with a table and
six chairs which overlooks the pool.
Utilities
A large washing machine and tumble drier are provided, along with
an iron and ironing board. There are also two hairdryers at the
property.
Dining Room
For more formal dining a dining table and chairs with six place
settings is located in the formal dining room ready for your use.
Living Room
Next to the dining room there is a separate living room, a quiet
area separate from the family room. This room also contains a sofa
bed for use when accommodating 8 people.
Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a huge 16’’
deep-pocketed mattress for your extra comfort. Luxury comforters
and fittings, en-suite bath and separate shower. Your own multi
channel TV/DVD, clock radio, two large walk in wardrobes. This room
has views over the pool and lake beyond.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom also has a Queen bed with 16" deep pocket
mattress, multi channel TV and a clock radio and shares a 2nd en-suite
(Jack and Jill) bathroom/shower with the third bedroom.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has two twin beds and is decorated with a ‘Disney’
theme. All rooms have ample built-in wardrobe space and storage
drawers.TV with video player. Extra bedding and towels (plus separate
pool towels) are provided.
Garden and Pool
The Garden and Pool/ Jacuzzi is beautifully surrounded by lush tropical
plants and overlooks a lake. There is plenty of patio furniture
- including tables, chairs and sun beds. A BBQ area has been paved
on the lawn with FREE use of Gas BBQ Grill. A pool door alarm is
provided as part of the house security system (children must be
supervised at all times near water).
Once you have experienced our fabulous home
in the sun and enjoyed the relaxation and flexibility you have,
you will want to return again and again.
